Currently leased for private boarding, lessons, clinics. Lease available July 1, 2003. Housing possible but not immediate. Usage must be complimentary to conference center operation. Monthly rate negotiable based on use.
About the Gainey Conference Center
The Conference center is built on the estate of Daniel C. Gainey (“Horse & Rider” magazine 35 most influential in horse industry; e.g. Gainey Arabian) and incorporates his striking French Norman home. Gainey, a respected businessman with a commitment to education, designated that his estate be developed into an educational center as a legacy to his love for learning. The center hosts retreats and planning meetings year round for a wide array of companies and organizations. The center has 35 private guestrooms, dining and meeting rooms.
