HMW Charity Cookbook ready to go!

The HorsesMidwest.com Cookbook is soon ready to mail out. Those of you that paid $28. for a Cookbook will receive a CD of the Cookbook along with your Hard copy. The Cookbook is selling for $20 and the CD is selling for $10.
We'd like to sell as many of the books & CDs as possible prior to Christmas.
Please go to this link to print a copy of the order form for each Cookbook you'd like to purchase.
*Those that would like a CD only please indicate so on the form & remit a check for $10. with the filled out form and send it to:

To date we only have enough paid orders received to cover the cost of printing. Our goal is to raise funds to give to the rescue operations. Hopefully enough total orders will come in to do so. We will be able to print more books & CDs if requested & funded.
